Did you see any LUD prior to this email?
No LUDs. Just got our approvals on the 14th around 5:30 PM. I did have a pretty benign RFE for EVL to which we replied on Aug 12th and there were subsequent Soft LUDs for 6 consecutive days until 8/19.
I'm guessing its been around a month since we responded to my RFE and since my case was under review, they may have picked it eventually.

This is a very common issue. Most of the times the HR title and job title and Labor title do not match.
You need to use "Programmer Analyst" for Employment verification letter, but Employment offer letter, you need to use "Software Programmer Engineer".
This is 100% correct.
Employment verification letter is for current occupation what you mentioned in LCA when applying for H1. If you say something else, then you are voilating what you mentioned. Then it is going to problem if a strict USCIS officer observes that.
But for Employment offer letter, since it is for future emploment, you need to have the title mentioned in PERM application.

My wife got approval email yesterday.Mine was approved in October 209.She received fingerprint notice .we gave her finger prints on November 23.I am glad her got approved soon.

Re. dust; yes it was very dry, I was there for maybe a half hour but there was a thin layer of dust all over me and the gear. I don't like it when the teeth crunch on sand from the air. The dust adds to the shots though, much like fog.

Situation:
Currently working full time on H1-B with I-140 approved already with company A. Cannot file 485 due to retrogression.
Want to work with company B part time,but need to file another H1-B part time.
My question is:
Will filling for a 2nd H1-B for comapny B (part time) without talking to the lawyer of Company A affect my first H1-B in anyway what so ever. Or are the 2 cases entirely separate and will not be linked by USCIS. Thanks in advance for assisting me on this situation.

Is this still true if the person did not have a new job, would they still be legal (assuming that they could fund themselves. I am trying to get to the answer of what if someone is laid off and does not have another job while their 485 is pending.

I applied for the renewal of my expired AP on Oct 12 which was received on Oct 14th.But neither the checks are cashes nor any reciept notice received.

For EB3 India 7% of 85,030 = 5903. And still Dates are stuck in 2001. I don't know what it take to move it to beyond 2002-2003 ?
I'm afraid if there are 100K EB3 in 2001-2004. Why doesn't USCIS come up with such statistics..
Providing such statistics woul dmean accountability right. There si no value add for them other than getting a bunch of calls. I really wonder what the nuber is for the 2001-2003 period. 100K looks kind of large.

My wife had her visa stamped in Bombay consulate - and during the interview they asked to see the I797 - but i had instructed her to ask for it back and she specifically asked the officer if she could have it back because I needed it - and he promptly gave it.
maybe Delhi Consulate works differently. Hopefully they will mail you back the 797 notice with the passport.
My wife went for stamping in 08/2003 and I just gave her the copy of the I797 approval notice, so I didnt have to worry about getting back the original. I think they gave back the copy too, so why are you sending original 797 for H4 stamping, it is not a required document I think.

If you have AAA membership, try them, they do it for free for 1 set typically.
You may have to go in the hours stipulated by them.
AAA is not free :cool: I tried it a couple of weeks ago. Infact they are on the expensive side (compared to Kinkos, Sears, Walmart etc.)
